The Ambassador’s Parade

One of the first Carnival events in Santa Cruz de La Palma is the Ambassador’s Parade. It’s a diplomatic procession through Santa Cruz, where the representatives of any nation you care to mention grace us with their presence.

Anyone can join in. Just dress up in a kilt and velvet jacket, or as a pearly king or queen, or a belly dancer, or a geisha, or whatever floats your boat.
