There are three good photography exhibitions in Santa Cruz de La Palma.
The winning entries and runners up of the 5th International Astrophotography Competition are on display in the island’s museum until March 17th. They are jaw-droppingly good.
The museum (and the exhibition) is open from 10 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday, and 10 am – 2 pm on Sundays.
From Monday Jan 20th to Feb 3rd, the winners of the “Sunset Photography” competition will be on display in the colegio de abogados (near the Placeta on the Calle Real) from 10 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday.
And last but not least, Amnesty International have an exhibition of photos of “Invisible Journeys” in Palacio Salazar (on the Calle Real) until January 31st.
