P1 Retama del Pico

I believe this is Spartocytisus supranubius, a member of the broom family. Certainly it grows in Los Andennes, on the road to the observatory. I was amazed to see it flourishing, year after year, in a place where it looked impossible for a plant to survive.

Creo que esto es Spartocytisus supranubius, la Retama del Pico. Creció en Los Andennes, en la carretera al Roque. Me quedé asombrada verle, año tras año, sobreviviendo en un sitió que aparentaba imposible.
