The kittens are growing up. Luna has thrown off her cold and bounces around my friend’s house with her brother. She’s had her first round of vaccines too. My friend has such a hard time telling the kittens apart that we put a red mark on Blue’s head. It’s not elegant, but it does the job. And I’m still chugging away slowly at the guide book update.
My friend is adopting two kittens, brother and sister, from La Palama and somehow I got involved with making sure they have all their vaccines and so on. I don’t mind. I’m not doing much and they are extremely cute. Work continues on the guide book update. The summer rush of guiding work just finished, and now I should have more writing time. Chai Latte likes to climb into almost any bag and my husband likes to swing her around. I’m not at all convinced that she always enjoys it, but she looks pretty chill this time. In other news, I’m making fairly good progress ont he guide book update. I’ve done most of the big telescope section. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
