Bikers
Today’s visit to Gran Telescopio Canarias was a bit different. Most of the group were bikers from Gran Canaria. It made for a good photo op as they left.

El Borrachito
It’s all been a bit serious lately, so on Sunday night I went to see the Borrachito fiesta in Hoyo de Mazo. I got a bit more than I bargained for, but I certainly got out of my rut.
Butterfly
Today I was doing my talk on the heliport, and this butterfly landed on a guest’s T shirt. I think it thought it was a flower. You can see the butterfly’s long tongue, looking for nectar.
The fire’s controlled!
The fire isn’t out, and won’t be completely out for weeks, but it’s controlled. Yet more dentistry
And now I have both crowns fitted, which only took an hour. But my mouth is sore and my bite’s all wrong which makes it hard to chew. I’m sure my mouth will recover soon, and I can get the bite fixed on Monday. But in the mean time I’m not feeling happy. I’m going to have a break before the final two crowns.
