The Circus is coming

La Palma doesn’t see many travelling circuses, probably because the ferry fares work out so expensive. I think the last time one visited was about four years ago.

The Gran Circo Mundial (Big World Circus) advertises Pirates of the Carribean acrobats, a crocodile hypnotist, twins on dancing horses, trapeeze artists, jugglers, lions, tigers, and clowns.

Saturday 15th: 12 noon, 4:45 and 7:30 pm
Sunday 16th: 12 noon, 4:45 and 7:30 pm
Monday 17th: 5:30 pm

Seat prices start at 10€ for kids and 12€ for adults. You can buy tickets by phoning 609 060706 ( I have no idea whether they speak English) or at the ticket office near the big top from 10 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 8:30 pm.
