Sunday Photos: More bugs

Another week zipped by. I googed off for two days, so inevitably I got less done than usual, but I think it did me good. My writing chums have been busy, and I’ve done quite a bit of crtiquing. I keep making notes for the next novel. I still don’t feel I did much.

These photos are from a hike up Barranco de la Madera on Thursday. I also went to visit my friend in Rivendell on Tuesday. Really, I went to see my friend, but if you squint a bit you can call it research because my next whodunnit will be set there, working title “Pinch Me”.

I didn’t just photograph insects on my walk. I took some flower photos too. I’ve forgotten the name of this flower, but they¡re best enjoyed out in nature. If you pick them and take them home, the room gradually starts to smell of tom cat.
