She’s (almost certainly) going to make it. We got our wires crossed with the vet – our poor girl has two fractures in her pelvis as well as the massive hernia repair. It’s going to take weeks, but she should eventually make a full recovery. We hope.

I’m still starting almost every morning with Chai Latte. My husband brings me a coffee, bless him, and Chai comes trotting in and jumps on the bed. I’m getting there. Still behind with paperwork, but I can see a chance to get back to my own writing at the end of the tunnel.
